Our ever-popular Christmas production, The Santa Claus Show, has been touching the hearts of families all over Auckland since 1991. We are celebrating the season by bringing back this family favourite for 2022 with an NZSL-interpreted performance, with a touch tour an hour beforehand. Discount price access tickets are available for Deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent patrons.
Come experience our heart-warming tale about finding the true meaning of Christmas, sprinkled with comedy and a big dollop of the season’s magic. Join Kelly and Alana on their adventure of jolly proportions, through the North Pole, meeting Santa’s chief elf and the merry big man himself. Written by Tim Bray with songs by Christine White, it was created for ages 3-10. Show run time: approx. 60 minutes, no interval.
All performances are wheelchair accessible. Descriptive notes, sensory relaxed story summary and an accessible programme are available at start of season. See our website for ways to customise your experience and check out all accessibility resources.
Costume Parade: Dress up in character! We love to see imaginations running wild and encourage our young audience to dress up as their favourite Christmas characters. We will show off the costumes onstage with a parade at the start of the performance (Note: Saturdays and school holiday shows only).
