We know you have been waiting for our next access performance ... Circa Theatre is excited to present an audio described performance and touch tour on Tuesday 14 May. There will be a touch tour at 5.30pm and an audio described performance of Waiting for Godot at 6.30pm.

We are offering a special price of $25 for Waiting for Godot to all low vision and blind patrons. Companion tickets are free.

In Waiting for Godot, two homeless men wait on a bare road with a single tree. They are in no particular time or place – nowhere and everywhere. Over two days they argue, get bored, clown around, repeat themselves, and wait. They’re waiting for the one who will never come. They’re waiting for Godot.

To book tickets for Waiting for Godot please call the Circa Box Office on 04 801 7992 or visit in person at 1 Taranaki Street. This show is 140 minutes long, including a 15 minute interval.

Please indicate at the time of booking:

  • if you are a member or guest of Blind Citizens New Zealand and/or the Blind Foundation
  • if you would like to take part in the Touch Tour before the show
  • if you require a headset
  • if you need a front row seat for wheelchair access or have a guide dog
