Pablos Art Studios invites applications to join the board of one of Wellington’s important inclusive community art studios. (Voluntary role)
Pablos is a professional art studio that provides a safe, supportive environment for the healing expression of art whether it be through a self-guided process, through our classes and outreach programmes, and/or through structured art therapy. We were established in 1993 by forward thinking directors as a creative response to the increase of care in the community for people with lived mental health experience.
Ideal applicant
We welcome applications from people with previous governance experience and/or expertise and skill in: Te Ao Māori, finance, health and safety, law, public service, business, education, and human resources. Also, we are interested to hear from you if you have experience in these areas and want to develop your governance experience.
You would be joining our voluntary governance board whose members come from varied backgrounds and experiences, such as art, mental health (lived and professional), strategy, and communications.
