Supportive, playful workshops for adults will explore creativity and wellbeing, cultivating connection and community through weekly sessions starting on Wednesdays in February in Auckland central.
The emphasis is on the creative process rather than producing a finished product, inviting participants to reconnect with their innate creativity as a tool for enhancing wellbeing, and offering creative wellbeing tools that can be integrated into everyday life.
Participants will also be given space to share and reflect with one another followed by the sharing of tea and biscuits as a way to transition back into the remainder of their day.
The Creative Wellbeing Studio is designed for adults living in Auckland, with no previous art experience necessary. The only pre-requisite is that participants are interested in exploring creativity and wellbeing within a group environment and with an openness to try something new.
Register interest by filling in a form.
