Show Me Shorts is Aotearoa New Zealand’s top international short film festival. We are a competitive Academy Awards® and BAFTA accredited festival that screens in more than 35 cinemas nationwide. Our mission is to connect New Zealand audiences with short films and share New Zealand short films with the world.
Accessibility: We currently have the following cinemas screening selected sessions with captions:
- The Capitol Cinema, Auckland: 18 Oct Beachside Cinema
- Auckland: 18 and 19 Oct Village Cinemas
- Tauranga: 12 Oct Light House Cuba
- Wellington: 14 and 15 Oct Alice Cinemas
- Christchurch: 12 and 15 Oct
In addition to the cinemas programme, we will have some selected collections of short films that will be available to view with Captions and Audio Descriptions at Show Me Shorts On Demand during Labour Weekend.
