Village Arts is a community art gallery in Hokianga. Scheduled solo and group exhibitions, plus a showcase space, highlight the area’s established and emerging artists.

Estuary Arts Centre

The Estuary Arts Registered Charitable Trust administers the Estuary Arts Centre to operate an arts centre for the local community. Their mission is to enrich the lives of people of all ages and abilities, involving and engaging them in arts appreciation and creative opportunities and experiences. There are four galleries available for hire. Artists can phone and book a time with the Centre Manager to have an informal discussion on how to get started, funding and teaching opportunities and exhibiting etc.

Kumeu Arts Centre

This is a not-for-profit, registered charity and community arts centre that provides membership, classes, workshops, events, festivals and ongoing exhibitions.There’s a large variety of classes on offer for all members of the community. New members are welcome.

Mangere Arts Centre - Ngā Tohu o Uenuku

Managere Arts Centre nutures and presents a diversity of arts, crafts and cultural activities that underpin the unique character of Mangere's population. It showcases Mangere as an important creative and cultural hub, featuring a rotating schedule of exhibitions, with a mix of work by local and national artists. Studio One Toi Tū

Upstairs Art Gallery

Governed by the Titrangi Community Arts Council, the Upstairs Art Gallery is a community-centred space that supports and promotes emerging artists. Artists and community groups wishing to exhibit in the gallery are invited to submit their proposals to the Titrangi Community Arts Council. Open seven days a week from 10am–4:00pm.

Uxbridge Creative Centre

Uxbridge Creative Centre has two galleries available for hire, as well as studio teaching spaces and rooms. Gallery space needs to be booked well-ahead as the galleries are usually booked a year in advance. There's an onsite café . Opening hours: Friday to Monday 9am-4pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9am to 9pm.

Waiheke Community Art Gallery

The Waiheke Community Gallery holds exhibitions opening every four weeks in the Main Gallery, the Small Gallery and the Annexe. Exhibitors include many of Waiheke’s local artists as well as national artists by invitation, and exhibitions also involve community groups. Opening hours: seven days from 10am–4pm.

West Coast Gallery

The West Coast Gallery exhibits and sells the artworks of more than 200 artists who are West Auckland residents. The gallery is an essential hub of artistic activity in the area, hosting regular events and art projects that encourage community involvement. Wallace Gallery Morrinsville

The Wallace Gallery has three exhibition spaces, one of which is dedicated to promoting and encouraging community art, including school competitions and local art groups. The Feilding and District Art Society inc

Established in 1969, the Feilding and District Art Society is a group of more than 180 local artists, working together to enrich their community through visual arts. The society host exhibitions, runs affordable workshops for artists at all stages of their journey, and has a shop filled with art objects by local creators. It also holds the Manawatū Art Expo in July each year.

Hutt Art: Odlin Gallery

Sunday Night Club

Sunday Night Club is a community art gallery and creative space that promotes and showcases the work of local emerging creatives. The gallery aims to provide a creative collective for anyone passionate about art, whatever their day job. It's a koha-funded space and relies on the generosity and contribution of art lovers for funding. Both long-term and short-term studio space is available to hire for workshops, exhibitions and personal use.

Thistle Hall Community Gallery

Thistle Hall provides a community exhibition space, providing a varied programme that reflects and stimulates the local community, and provides exhibiting opportunities for emerging and established artists. Brief applications are invited from individual artists and groups six months in advance of a proposed exhibition. The duration of each exhibition is usually one week.

The Left Bank Art Gallery

This is the regional gallery for Te Tai o Poutini West Coast. With a nationally significant pounamu collection and two exhibition spaces, the gallery also showcases artists from across the West Coast. Torea Gallery and Studios Inc

Established in 1994, it is one of New Zealand's oldest self-sustaining, community-owned-and-operated craft co-operatives. Its artists are mainly from the northern Buller region and offers a wide range of their unique handmade works. Its exhibition space open to anyone wanting to exhibit.

The Eastern Southland Gallery is a major provincial art gallery, housed in the town's former Carnegie library building built in 1909 and including the internationally renowned collection of expatriate New Zealander Dr John Money.
