Funding information
This page provides a range of different types of funding sources you can apply to. It's aimed particularly at individuals and organisations with whom Arts Access Aotearoa works: creative spaces, disabled artists, Arts in Corrections practitioners, and arts organisations seeking to improve their accessibility.
Each funder is different in terms of where, what, when and how it funds. Many funders also provide helpful resources to help you prepare your application. Other organisations provide lists of funding sources and the list below is not exhaustive. If you know of any other useful funding sources, please contact Arts Access Aotearoa at info@artsaccess.org.nz.
Funding information video
Caleb Gordon, Fundraising and Projects Coordinator for Arts Access Aotearoa, shared his knowledge of how arts organisations and creative works can find and access funding and financial support in the Arts For All Network national hui 2. This is a recording of the live Zoom session held in August 2025. Unfortunately, due to a recording error, the NZSL interpretation was not captured and is not available. English language captions can be turned on.
